SHIPPING

Orders placed online are collected every day from Monday to Friday, except German public holidays or special closure. Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours from receipt of payment except week-end and public holidays (and according to availability of items, availability shown for each article). Parcels are shipped via DHL (not DHL "Express"), the German Post service.

Delivery costs

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and delivery costs. 

Delivery costs for shipping in Germany

• 7,95€ for all orders less than 150 € 
• Free shipping for orders over 150 € 

EU delivery costs

The total shipping cost will be calculated by the weight and destination country. For estimating shipping costs, please refer to below tabel. For delivery to outside of EU, our global partner are willing to help you. Please refer to www.mesasilla.com.

• Zone 1 EU → up 12,50 Euro : Frence, Belgium, Danemark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Austria

• Zone 1 non-EU → up 37,90 Euro :

  Swiss, Liechtenstein

• Zone 2 → up 15,90 Euro :

  Spain, Italy, United Kingdom, Sweden

• Zone 3 EU → up 18,00 Euro :

  Portugal, Romania , Finland, Greece, Ireland
